Job Description:
Title: Human Resources Administrative Assistant
- Location: New York, NY
 - Status: Temporary Assignment
 - Report To: General Manager
 - Term: 7 months, subject to change
 - Preferred Hire Date: 11/3/2025
 - Work Schedule: 9 AM - 5 PM, Mondays - Fridays (Non-paid 1 hour lunch break is included)
 
【Overview】
Assist the administration of the human resources unit.
【Essential Job Duties】
- Administration assistance for all aspects of human resources functions, such as immigration/visa matters, benefits administration, attendance tracking (timesheet) and 401 (k) administration.
 - Other general administrative duties.
 
【Requirements】
- Needs to be proficient in speaking, writing, and reading in business level for both English and Japanese.
 - Good Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) skills.
 - Proficiency with technology, and the ability to pick up new software easily.
 - Strong attention to detail
 - Being able to handle confidential information
 - The ability to complete tasks or assignments within a set timeframe
 
Human resources administration experience is highly preferred, but not required. We will consider all candidates based on their overall skill set.
*Upon successful completion of the temporary assignment, there is a high possibility of transitioning to a full-time position in the current role or a similar role, based on individual performance.
Hourly Pay Rate: DOE $20.00~25.00
